For example if a passenger complains about a driver the company will put that driver's account on hold for 6-24 hours and then do nothing to support their decision to reactivate or keep them deactivated. If a passenger complains the driver seemed under influence the driver doesn't have any options other than to just wait. I ask why don't they have a policy for passenger safety  like hey sending the driver to a clinic to have some test run or a police station to get a breathalyzer test make sure that its not true or false before allowing them back on the driving platform but they don't do this and this puts the passenger your safety at risk. Or if a Driver Complains that a passenger was inappropriate lets say there was a rideshare where you shared the ride with someone else and that passenger touched you or did something wrong the driver reports it and all the rideshare company does is say we will not pair you with that passenger again, where is the safety in that they just allow that to happen again?  These policies outline acceptable behavior and consequences for violations. However there is not enforcing these violations.
