Overage/Wait times

Extended periods of wait time fees will apply as follows: For Non-Airport Pickups, 15 minutes after the initial scheduled pick-up time, there can be an additional Fee accrued amount of Sedans $50 per half hour and half-hour increments starting at the top of each half hour.

The regular hourly charges for vans and buses at the time of booking.
Airport transportation, you will get 45 Minutes from the time your plane arrives at the gate without any additional charges after 45 minutes, depending on the situation and at the discretion of the driver, you can receive overage wait time in the amount of $50 for sedans per half hour After the first 45 minutes billed at the top of every half hour and$75 for SUVs Per half hour,
If the Passenger has not had communication with the driver, let The Driver and the Driver will attempt to contact the Passenger
But if no Response, then the Driver may end the Transfer and Cancel -
and the Standard Cancelation policy will apply and any overage wait times may also apply up to 1Hr 45 mins of waiting after 1Hr 45Min (For example If 1 Hour 45 Minutes after the plane arrival at the gate and the passenger has no communication with the driver then that ride may be canceled as a no-show and 1 hour of wait time will be charged In Addition to The Reservation Cost

All price quotes are just quotes until your Trip has been confirmed and locked into the system with a Deposit.
20% Deposit is required to lock in a Confirmed Booking Reservation at the time of Confirmation.
During the dates of Jan 22nd and Feb 2nd, there is a Specific cancellation policy of 2 weeks prior to the trip date and time for a 100% refund, less deposits
After 2 weeks prior there will be no refund during that time.
. INDEMNIFICATION.
Passenger agrees to INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS the Company from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of Passenger’s actions, negligence, or conduct, including third-party claims.
( FORCE MAJEURE, DELAYS, AND NO GUARANTEE OF TIMELINESS
The Company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, road closures, accidents, mechanical failure, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, or government action. Passenger acknowledges that inclement weather, particularly in canyon areas, may cause delays or cancellations. Passengers are responsible for their own lodging or arrangements if delays occur.
THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE TIMES due to factors beyond its control.
Overage/Wait times
Non Airport
Extended periods of wait time fees will apply as follows: For Non-Airport Pickups, 15 minutes after the initial scheduled pick-up time, there can be an additional Fee accrued amount of Sedans $50 per half hour and half-hour increments starting at the top of each half hour.

The regular hourly charges for vans and buses at the time of booking.
Airport transportation, you will get 45 Minutes from the time your plane arrives at the gate without any additional charges after 45 minutes, depending on the situation and at the discretion of the driver, you can receive overage wait time in the amount of $50 for sedans per half hour After the first 45 minutes billed at the top of every half hour and$75 for SUVs Per half hour,
If the Passenger has not had communication with the driver, let The Driver and the Driver will attempt to contact the Passenger
But if no Response, then the Driver may end the Transfer and Cancel -
and the Standard Cancelation policy will apply and any overage wait times may also apply up to 1Hr 45 mins of waiting after 1Hr 45Min (For example If 1 Hour 45 Minutes after the plane arrival at the gate and the passenger has no communication with the driver then that ride may be canceled as a no-show and 1 hour of wait time will be charged In Addition to The Reservation Cost
The driver may cancel if there is no contact.
Airport Extended Wait times During Pickup and Drop off

When you arrive at the Airport, it is important to let us know when you are ready for your pickup
Please keep in mind that if the airport charges an extended dwell time, and because we are waiting for you when you have told us you are ready, but you are not yet ready, then we may charge you the fees
For Example, if you notify the Driver that you are ready or that you will be at the curb for pickup in 5-10 minutes, but if it takes you 15-20 minutes to show up, the airport can charge for extended dwell at the curb.

Please be Accurate on luggage Count and dimensions. If you have more than you stated and the vehicle size is not appropriate for what you are bringing, there may be extra fees for separate trips, or you may have to make arrangements for your luggage separately.
Sedans will not hold skis or snowboards. or golf bags.
Sedans have a luggage capacity of 2 checked bags 1 carry-on bag, or 4 carry-on bags.
If you have more than this luggage, then you will need to order an SUV
Smoking/Vape and Related Policy
There is no smoking or vaping of any kind in any of the company vehicles
There will be fees and charges assessed for Damage and Cleaning
And if it's Smoke or vape-related, the Fees start at $350
